- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-01-17, by James TI when to the mobile shop had bad customer experience ever seen in my life, and the manager is bad. when I ask for the plan the manager told the me stay the same plan just upgraded new iPhone 6s for free than I’m ready to do is only two minutes after, he told me wasn’t free any more and to get the free iPhone 6s I have to change on my plan. Is only two minutes is that big change ? And I ask he just told me was free iPhone 6s stay same plan and he said is never said that. However I was so mad!!!!
